The latest Music Inspired by album is titled “Music Inspired by Slavs” and will be released on April 21 this year. This time the mythology of the ancient Slavs was used as the theme. In addition to the purely musical content, the album is accompanied by a wonderful graphic design and includes descriptions of each track introducing the listener to the world of ancient Slavic deities. “Music Inspired by Slavs” is a multi-dimensional album. Folk music is intertwined here with rock and electronica. The spicy, folk, Slavic atmosphere of the composition is the musical “main course.” On its background, one can hear instruments and languages from different parts of the world. In the conceptual layer – the titles of individual tracks are the names of Slavic deities. There are also five short musical forms on the album that act as interludes. Their titles (north, east, west, south, center) are a kind of signposts indicating the nature of the various external musical influences present on the album.Sixteen artists appeared as guests on the album. Among them were such renowned musicians as. Krzysztof Drabikowski (Batiushka), who took care of the unusual in its character, atmospheric, dark vocals, reminiscent of Orthodox liturgical songs, but also folk singing, and Mariusz Duda (as Lunatic Soul), who sang in the song “Swaróg”, creating with his voice an incredibly melodic and spacious atmosphere of the composition.
